We accept applications from students wishing to:

• Looking for an opportunity to enjoy a good education right in Hanoi without studying abroad.

Admission process to the school is done according to the steps as below. Our Admissions team are friendly and dedicated people who will get to know your child to listen to their needs and assist with the transfer application process. There will always be an Admissions officer available to answer your questions or when you need help with any step of the application process.

STEP 1 – BEFORE ENTRY INFORMATION

Please provide the following student information:

• First and last name
• Date of birth
• nationality
• Desired application date

With this information, the school will confirm the student's grade and number of seats.

STEP 2 – APPLICATION APPLICATION AND REGISTRATION FEES

All of the following documents can be sent directly to the school:

• Completed Admission Application (please see the bottom of the page to download the application form)
• Latest 2 photo cards
• Copy of Birth Certificate or Passport
• Copy of household registration book
• Health certificate certified by a doctor
• Copy of Immunization Record
• Application form for bus service (if applicable)
• Enrollment registration fee (in Vietnam Dong or bank transfer)

STEP 3 – INFORMATION ABOUT TEST OR REPORT

All students are required to take an Entrance Test before receiving an offer of admission. The school may ask for a certificate of academic performance, transcripts, letters of recommendation or transcripts.

Students may be required to attend a qualifying interview with the Principal or Division Vice Principal. Admission is subject to vacancies, so we encourage parents to complete the enrollment process as early as possible in order to keep waiting lists to a minimum.

STEP 4 – ENROLLMENT

Nguyen Van Huyen School will send an invitation letter to parents.

STEP 5 – PAY FEES

Admission Fee – payable within 2 weeks of application start date.

Tuition fees – paid before the student starts school.
